Brief Description

  • Calcasieu Pass has an export capacity of ten million (10,000,000) metric tonnes per year of liquefied natural gas and can accommodate ocean-going vessels with an LNG carrying capacity of up to 185,000 cubic meters.
  • The design is modular with eighteen * 0.626 MTPA liquefaction trains configured in 9 blocks
  • Also included on the project site are two full containment LNG storage units, each with a usable capacity of approximately 200,000 cubic meters
