Brief Description
- Calcasieu Pass has an export capacity of ten million (10,000,000) metric tonnes per year of liquefied natural gas and can accommodate ocean-going vessels with an LNG carrying capacity of up to 185,000 cubic meters.
- The design is modular with eighteen * 0.626 MTPA liquefaction trains configured in 9 blocks
- Also included on the project site are two full containment LNG storage units, each with a usable capacity of approximately 200,000 cubic meters

Suppliers / Customers
- Suppliers: Gas is supplied to the terminal by the TransCameron Pipeline a 23.4-mile-long lateral Pipeline which brings feed gas from interconnections with ANR Pipeline Company (ANR), Texas Eastern Transmission Gas Pipeline, and Bridgeline Gas Pipeline System to the Terminal site.
- Customers:
- PGNIG has contracted 1.5 million tons for delivery to Świnoujście Polskie LNG Terminal or elsewhere
- CNOOC will buy 1.5 mn tpa
- Spot customers include the Wilhelmshaven Floating LNG Terminal

- 2021 - CNOOC agreed to buy 1.5 million tonnes per annum
- 2022 - First cargo is produced
- 2023 - Calcasieu Pass supplies the first LNG cargo sold to Germany
