- A large olefins, polyolefins complex. It was built in three stages and a fourth is under construction.
- The plant is currently the world's largest ethane cracker complex

- Borouge 2: Ethane cracker 1.5 mt, polyethylene unit 540 kt, polypropylene unit 800 kt, olefins conversion 750kt
- Borouge 3: Ethane cracker 1.5 mt, polyethylene unit 1,080 kt, polypropylene unit 960 kt,
Raw Materials Supply
- Ethane is provide by ADNOC from its gas processing units
- Propylene is supplied from the Al-Ruwais Refinery
