Crude Supply

• It can receive foreign crude oil via pipeline connected to the Louisiana Offshore Oil Port (LOOP) and previously processed crude from West Africa

Products Produced

• The refinery produces a high percentage of transportation fuels, such as gasoline, diesel fuel and jet fuel.
• Other products include petrochemical feedstocks, home heating oil and anode petroleum coke.
• The refinery is connected to the Colonial Oil Products Pipeline and the Plantation Oil Products Pipeline

• 2001 - Phillips acquired the refinery through purchase of Tosco
• 2021 - Phillips 66 announced that it is to convert the refinery into a terminal in 2022
