Crude Supply
- Alliance processes mainly light, low-sulfur crude oil
- It receives domestic crude oil from the Gulf of Mexico via pipeline

- It can receive foreign crude oil via pipeline connected to the Louisiana Offshore Oil Port (LOOP) and previously processed crude from West Africa
Products Produced
- The refinery produces a high percentage of transportation fuels, such as gasoline, diesel fuel and jet fuel.
- Other products include petrochemical feedstocks, home heating oil and anode petroleum coke.
- The refinery is connected to the Colonial Oil Products Pipeline and the Plantation Oil Products Pipeline

History
- 1971 - Alliance Refinery is commissioned
- 2000 - Tosco aquires the refinery from BP
- 2001 - Phillips acquired the refinery through purchase of Tosco
- 2021 - Phillips 66 announced that it is to convert the refinery into a terminal in 2022
