Brief Description
- The Shin Oak NGL pipeline originates at Hobbs NGL Fractionation Center in Gaines County, Texas. The 24-inch diameter pipeline has an initial design capacity of 250,000 barrels per day (“BPD”), expandable to 600,000 BPD.
- The pipeline is for NGL's from the Permian basin
- The Waha lateral connects Waha to Mont Belvieu
