  • The refinery is planning a major upgrade project.
  • The aim of this project is to install at the existing Turkmenbashi Refinery, a residue fluid catalytic cracking complex and a polypropylene production unit, which will produce gasoline, LPG, polypropylene, and fuel oil by cracking and reforming the atmospheric residues produced by this refinery.
