- 1964 - Refinery begins production
- 1997 - 54,000 bpd Hydrocracker commissioned
- 1999 - Resid Hydrocracker start up and 80,000 bpd expansion
- 2003 - Hydrocracker capacity expanded
- 2006 - Technip awarded contract for diesel oil hydrodesulphurization unit
- 2007 - Technip wins contract for hydrogen plant
- 2010 - Hydrotreater completed
- 2011 - EBRD awards financing for CHP revamp
- 2013 - PKN signs long term crude contract with Rosneft
