The Project

  • Project Type: Upgrading the refinery to increase refining depth and improve product specifications
  • Project Summary: This complex will consist of five new production units. In addition, as a part of construction process of this complex, additional 19 facilities of industrial infrastructure
  • Main Contractors:
    • CB&I, The scope of work includes detailed engineering, procurement services, construction management and commissioning for the hydrocracker/hydrotreater unit (licensed by Chevron Lummus Global) and the associated support units, auxiliary and offsites systems.
    • Jacobs: Engineering services for a new hydrogen plant generation unit
