- The refinery processes West Siberian crude (produced by Yuganskneftegaz) as well as feedstock from Rosneft’s oil fields in the Samara region (Samaraneftegaz).
Products Produced
- Novokuibyshev Refinery produces over 22 brands of oil products, including gasoline grades and diesel fuel compliant with Euro-4 and Euro-5 standards, jet fuel, marine fuel, petroleum coke, atmospheric residue, coal tar, broad fraction of light hydrocarbons, spirit of sulphur

- 1951 - Refinery commissioned
- 2007 - Acquired by Rosneft as part of the Samara group of refineries
- 2008 - The generating units of steam power facilities and certain core processing units, such as delayed coking units and reformers, were upgraded to run on natural gas
- 2015 - Catalytic Reforming & Isomerisation units commissioned
- 2015 - Euro V production started
