Brief Description
- The Ishikari LNG terminal is Hokkaido’s first LNG receiving terminal that can accommodate large vessels. It will receive, store, re-gasify and ship out LNG as well as supply natural gas throughout Hokkaido.

- 2008 - Work on the terminal is begun
- 2009 - The containment tank is ordered
- 2010 - An LNG supply contract is signed with Tokyo Gas
- 2012 - Terminal completed
- 2016 - Second tank completed
- 2018 - Third tank completed
- 2020 - Fourth tank completed
- 2021 - Supply deal signed with Chevron
