- 1969: Creation of the Anonymous Society of Caribbean Refinery
- 1970: Start of deposit Jarry (Guadeloupe)
- 1971 : Start of the refinery (Martinique)
- Many investments have subsequently accompanied the development of society, including:
- 1982 : Commissioning of deposit Degrad des Cannes (Cayenne, Guyana)
- 1991: Construction of the pipeline carrying fuel from the refinery and the airport Lamentin (Martinique)
- 1994: Extension of Filing of Jarry and construction of the pipeline carrying fuel between the deposit and Jarry Airport Raizet (Guadeloupe)
- 1995: Expansion of the refinery. Commissioning of: the new unit for hydrodesulphurisation of diesel fuels.
