The Project

  • Project Type: Expansion
  • Project Summary: NRL has planned for expansion of refining capacity from 3.0 MMTPA to 8.0/9.0 MMTPA together with the option of sourcing and transporting the additional crude oil through a pipeline.
  • In addition to capacity expansion, the project would also include a 9 MMTPA, 1,398 KM Crude oil pipeline from Paradip to Numaligarh and a 6 MMTPA, 654 KM Product pipeline from Numaligarh to Siliguri.
