To keep the good feeling going, Miranda dabs the back of her neck with menthol balm.
She uses the aromatic ointment, coupled with an 'energising citrus mist', on photoshoots and credits it for keeping her invigorated.
Miranda, who has her own skincare line Kora Organics, said she planned to release a Heart Chakra Essence made of sandalwood, rose otto and ylang ylang to open up the heart chakra.
She described the essence as nurturing, and 'like you're getting a hug'.
A lot of Miranda's beauty regime is carried out in her luxurious Malibu home, where she keeps a portable infrared sauna under the bed.
Infrared saunas are said to have anti-aging health benefits and assist with detoxification, relaxation, cell growth, circulation and weight loss.

Body and mind: 'One of my favourite things to do is be upside down, it stretches out your spine'
Based on Shiatsu massage and acupressure techniques, a Spoonk stimulates pressure points with sharp spikes.
'You lie on it and it hits all of your pressure points and it makes me feel good if I've been on a flight and feeling a little jet lagged,' Miranda said.

'My friend also told me about an upside down machine. One of my favourite things to do is be upside down, it stretches out your spine.
Glowing complexion: Miranda keeps her skin looking radiant with cucumber face masks and chilled spoons
Ditching the bad stuff: Dandelion tea with goat's milk and maple syrup instead of coffee and glasses of Noni juice are staples for Miranda
'I used to always be upside down in a headstand, you would see me on photo shoots I'd have my legs up the walls.
'It feels really good to get your blood flowing the opposite way.'
Kerr has previously extolled the benefits of coconut oil, drinking Tahitian Noni juice, chakra meditation, and drinking green juice.
