Coworkers Buy Car For Woman Walking 24 Miles A Week To Get Home

A 60-year-old FedEx employee forced to walk 12 miles to work, and another 12 miles home every day after her car broke down three months ago, has received a new vehicle thanks to her generous coworkers.
Package handler Darlene Quinn broke down in tears when fellow employees at a South Carolina FedEx store presented her with a used vehicle.
Quinn has been forced to walk the incredible distance for months after her only car broke down. After news got out about her struggle, her friends and coworkers began giving her rides to and from work whenever they could.
But colleague Josh Lewis decided that wasn't enough and on October 22 he created a [ ]page with a $10,000 goal to buy a car. The page helped raise $8,265 and Lewis was able to buy a used SUV for the dedicated staff member.
Last week Lewis and his coworkers presented the car to Quinn in an emotional video that swiftly went viral.

'It was amazing', Lewis said of the moment, [ ] reports. 
'She just started bawling crying and saying how she can't believe that this is happening to her'.
'I'm going to cry,' she said in the clip, while choking up. 
Lewis said Quinn told him she wishes she could personally thank everyone who contributed. She also gave Lewis a card to share with donors.
'I told her she's just an inspiration,' Lewis says. 'I know I don't think I would walk 12 miles just to go to work or to come home from work on a daily basis'.
