Summary Information

Brief Description

  • The Teesside Gas Processing Plant consists of two gas processing trains with a combined capacity to process up to 675 million cubic feet of gas per day
  • The plant uses cryogenic separation to remove propane, butane and other condensate products from the gas for sale.
  • Natural gas processed in TGPP originates from oil and gas fields in the North Sea. It is transported to the Teesside Gas Processing Plant via the CATS Central Area Transmission System Gas Pipeline and from the Breagh pipeline
