  • 1978 - Refinery commissioned
  • 1983 - Sinopec successfully started up China's first resid FCCU (RFCCU) in the Shijiazhuang refinery
  • 1995 - Second RFCC commissioned
  • 2009 - Huaxi Gas commissions new hydrogen unit in the refinery
  • 2010 - Refinery expansion project launched
  • 2017 - Alkylation Unit commissioned
