Crude Supply

Products Produced

  • LPG, Gasoline, Diesel, Jet Fuel, Fuel Oil & Asphalt

Ongoing / Completed Projects

  • The Ras Tanura Refinery Clean Fuels Project includes Isomerisation, Naphtha hydro-treatment, CCR reformer and associated utilities
    • It will enable the refinery to convert naphtha into high specification gasoline
  • Jacobs Engineering completed a Refinery Clean Fuels and Aromatics Project in 2011, which added diesel desulphurisation capability
    • Samsung engineering built the 100,000 bpd diesel desulphurisation unit at the plant
  • There was a major expansion planned for the refinery, but it is currently on hold
