Other Information

Petromidia is the only Romanian refinery located at the Black Sea shore, thus having the advantage of being supplied directly through the oil terminal located in the Port of Midia

History

1975 - Construction begins 1977 - Refinery commissioned 2008 - Refinery launches production of Euro V diesel 2009 - New crude unloading facilities commissioned 2010 - Major revamp completed, including retooling of the Catalytic Cracking unit, modernization of the Gas Desulphurization and Sulphur Recovery unit
