- 1993 - Refining capacity expanded to 104,000 barrels per day
- 1998 - Started electric power sales
- 2002 - Merger of Koa brought refinery to Nippon
- 2003 - Refining capacity expanded to 115,000 barrels per day
- 2004 - Gasoil hydrotreater started
