Brief Description

  • A regasification terminal with two large tanks and unloading facilities for the largest tankers

Technical Details

  • Storage capacity: two 150,000 cubic meter LNG tanks
  • Unloading capacity: A jetty will allow the unloading of LNG carriers with a capacity up to 230,000 m3
  • Send out capacity: 800,000 normal cubic meters/hour
  • Constructor:
    • **Fluor:** Detailed engineering, procurement services and construction management (EPCM)
    • **Sofregaz-SENER:** Basic engineering
    • **IKM Testing:** Pre-commissioning and commissioning contract


Ongoing Projects/Project Status

  • The project has been postponed by order of the energy regulator
  • Commissioning is expected in 2012
