- Financing of the project included
- A 101 million euro subsidy by the European Commission, through “Connecting Europe Facility”
- 43 million from the participation of EAC in the shareholding structure of ETYFA
- 150 million euros from the European Investment Bank (EIB).
- 80-million-euro financing by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
