And Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson revealed the secrets behind her enviable figure in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
Sharing a throwback photo of herself in a bikini and posing on a patio in Miami, the 55-year-old said she relies on supplements, outdoor exercise, meditation and lymphatic drainage.
