Brief Description

• The Shin Oak NGL pipeline originates at Hobbs NGL Fractionation Center in Gaines County, Texas. The 24-inch diameter pipeline has an initial design capacity of 250,000 barrels per day (“BPD”), expandable to 600,000 BPD.
• The pipeline is for NGL's from the Permian basin
• An expansion is underway which would add up to 275,000 BPD of capacity, with completion expected in the first half of 2024.
