Raw materials are supplied from Eagle Ford in South Texas, and other basins in the Rocky Mountain and Mid-continent regions Pipelines serving the plants include Skelly Belvieu NGL Pipeline, Chaparral NGL Pipeline and Panola NGL Pipeline Products are transported to the Houston Ship Channel Oil Terminal Complex via the Houston Ship Channel NGL Pipeline System Ethane produced here is to be exported from a new export terminal under construction Ongoing Projects
