Other Information

  • The refinery is a Processing refinery, in other words „cost centre“, means the focus only on the production not on the purchase of raw materials nor the sale of oil products. The processing refinery is supplied with oil by its shareholders, which means by the trade associations of the owners. Concerning Česká rafinérská there are three of them: Agip Česká republika, Shell Czech Republic and Unipetrol RPA.

History

  • 2001 - FCC project completed
  • 2013 - Unipetrol acquired Shell's stake in the refinery
  • 2014 - ENI sold its stake to MOL
