• The development includes 3 platforms, AP & AW manned platforms and AR unmanned
• The Thames Gas Field infrastructure is utilised by a number of satellite fields
• These fields include **Arthur Gas Field**, Bure Gas Field, Deben Gas Field, Gawain Gas Field, Orwell Gas Field, Horne and Wren Gas Fields
• Gas is exported to the Bacton Gas Plant

• The Thames platform was constructed by **Odebrecht** Oil & Gas Services, based on their existing Sea Harvester design.
• Other key contracts included installation by **Seaway Heavy Lift**, pipe and umbilical lay by **Stolt Comex Seaway**, subsea trees by **Vetco Gray**, control systems by FSSL, and protective structures by **AMEC Offshore**.

+++ Geology

• The reservoir is made up predominantly of aeolian dune sandstones of the Rotliegendes Leman Sandstone Formation. The fields lie on the upthrown side of NW-SE-trending fault blocks in the central part of Block 49/28
