* **Fluor:** Project Management and Consultant role * **GS/Kogas/HYC/DEC:** Integrated engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning services of a re-gasification and send-out system, a marine jetty with complete ship unloading facilities and two large full containment LNG storage tanks. * **Freyssinet:** Pre-stressing for LNG tanks
