2008 - Sinochem Group obtained the approval from the National Energy Administration for preparatory tasks of the project
2011 - Sinochem Group’s Environment Impact Assessment Report on the project was approved by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
2012 - UOP awarded hydrogen unit licence
2013 - First crude cargo arrives
2014 - Testing begins
2014 - Commercial operations begin
