* Storage capacity: two tanks, with a capacity of 150,000 cubic metres each

* **Chiyoda:** FEED + Acid gas removal
* **Halliburton KBR, JGC Corporation, MW Kellogg and Tecnicas Reunidas SA:** Engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning assistance services
* **Saipem:** LNG Tanks Construction

* 2000 - BP Amoco and the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) signed an agreement to build the terminal
* 2001 - BP signed an LNG agreement with the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation and Eni
* 2001 - Turnkey contract for project awarded to JGC, KBR and Tecnicas Reunidas
* 2004 - Terminal came on stream
* 2004 - Supply agreement signed with BP

* Suppliers: The Damietta plant is fuelled by the Egyptian national network with gas coming mainly from some offshore Mediterranean reservoirs in which the IEOC, Eni's Egyptian subsidiary, is a partner, and from other reservoirs run by BG/Petronas
* Customers: The gas is being sent to Spain, where is it recieved at the [[[Sagunto LNG Terminal]]] and is fed to the grid.
