Antipinsky Refinery, is a medium-sized rapidly developing oil refinery&lt;br /&gt;

The company plans the construction of Complex III which comprises of several stages:&lt;br /&gt;
increase of production capacity up to 7 million tons,&lt;br /&gt;
increase of processing depth to 70% and further to 94%,&lt;br /&gt;
adoption of EURO-5 standard for diesel,&lt;br /&gt;
as well as construction of respective infrastructure facilities.&lt;br /&gt;
Total estimated CAPEX in Complex III for 2011-2015 is estimated at USD 1.7-1.8 billion.&lt;br /&gt;

The main offtakers of Antipinsky Refinery are Glencore Energy UK Ltd. and Arkham S.A, a member of Vitol group&lt;br /&gt;
History&lt;br /&gt;
2004 - Company founded&lt;br /&gt;
2006 - Refinery commissioned with 8,000 bpd capacity&lt;br /&gt;
2008 - Capacity expanded to 15,800 bpd&lt;br /&gt;
2010 - Capacity expanded to 72,000 bpd&lt;br /&gt;
2012 - UOP selected to provide technology to purify hydrogen from a steam reforming unit&lt;br /&gt;
