It comes after Kelly revealed to her fans how she's been maintaining her fit physique during COVID-19 lockdown.
Appearing in an Instagram Q&A in March, the runway star revealed that she's been working out for 90 minutes ever single day.
When asked how she deals with bloating, the star said that each morning she drinks a concoction of celery juice, lemon, dandelion, kale, mint, and ginger.

Amazingly, Kelly says she doesn't weigh herself or take her own measurements, and she doesn't believe in calorie counting either.
'If you're sticking to healthy foods then I don't believe that counting calories is necessary,' she explained.
'I don't see the point in doing it,' she continued. 'I eat really clean, healthy foods so it doesn't matter how much I eat.'
