Brief Description

• The Tulsa refinery is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma and has a crude oil capacity of 125,000 barrels per day. The Tulsa refinery processes predominantly sweet crude oil with up to 10,000 barrels per day of sour Canadian crude oil. Tulsa’s refined products are marketed to the Mid-Continent states.
• The refinery is the result of integrating two separate refineries, Tulsa East Refinery and Tulsa West Refinery
• The refinery is integrated with base oil and lubricant production. The facility produces base oils, specialty process oils, horticultural oils, asphalt modifiers and wax. These products are marketed worldwide through strategically located terminals and a North American distributor network.

• This refinery complex sits in the Midwest region (PADD II), approximately 45 miles from the supply and storage hub at Cushing, Oklahoma, in a region that is well served by crude pipelines that deliver crude oil from Canada, U.S. onshore and the Gulf Coast
• This provides the Refinery the flexibility to optimize its crude slate and maintain lower crude inventories than a typical refinery
• The Cushing Connect Crude Oil Pipeline supplies crude oil from the Cushing storage hub
