  • 2002 - Coker commissioned
  • 2007 - Clean gasoline project completed
  • 2011 - Refinery capacity reduced to 350,000 bbl / day
  • 2012 - HOVENSA Announces Closure of St. Croix Refinery
  • 2014 - Atlantic Basin Refining agrees to acquire the refinery
