* The pipeline was built to connect the existing pipeline networks in the Southeast and Northeast of the country, permitting the gas market to operate in a fully integrated fashion

* The Gasene Project comprises three pipeline stretches:  Cabiúnas-Vitória (GASCAV);  Cacimbas-Vitória; and  Cacimbas-Catu (GASCAC)
** **Section 1,** the Cacimbas-Vitória gas pipeline ranges for 129 km
** **Section 2**, The Gas Pipeline Cabiúnas-Vitória is 303 km long with a 28-inch nominal diameter “trunk line”, as well as a branch line, extending for 10 km and interconnecting the trunk line to Anchieta (ES). The maximum flow of the trunk line will be 20 million of m3/day of gas, with two compressor stations.
** **Section 3,** Cacimbas - Catu Gas Pipeline is nearly 940 km in length and 28 inches of nominal diameter. The maximum flow is 20 million of m3 /day of gas, with one compressor station installed
