• 2016 - Capacity increased to 280,000 bpd
• 2017 - Capacity increased from 280,000 b/d to 365,000 b/d
• 2018 - Capacity increased from 365,000 b/d to 485,000 b/d
• 2020 - Capacity increased from 485,000 b/d to 500,000 b/d
