2. Dalia FPSO

   • Storage: 2.0 M barrels.
   • Mooring: Spread in 1,200 m water depth.
   • Scope of Work: EPIC of complete FPSO. Completed in 2006.
   • Installed in Block 17 offshore Angola, this plant is one of the largest new-build FPSO units operating in West Africa.
3. Erha FPSO

   • Storage: 2.2 M barrels.
   • Mooring: Spread in 1,200 m water depth.
   • Scope of Work: EPIC of complete FPSO. Completed in 2006.
   • Located 90 miles offshore Nigeria, this new-build unit is one of the largest currently operating in Nigeria and in West Africa.
4. Girassol FPSO

5. Balder FPSO

   • Scope of Work: Upgrading of the existing unit. Completed in 1999.
   • Extensive modification of existing FPSO Balder aimed at increasing the plant production capacity (mechanical/piping, structural/marine, electrical/instrumentation).
6. ZAFIRO FPSO

   • Upgrade of the existing FPSO Zafiro to increase the production capacity of the plant from 30,000 to 100,000 bopd (including project management, procurement, naval support & hook up of production modules; 20 modules installed in SIMOPS conditions, i.e. without interrupting the production).
7. Bleo Holm FPSO

   • Extensive modification of an existing unit and installation of further 6,700 tons of topsides and hull equipment (project management, engineering, construction and commissioning).

ELF CONGO N’KOSSA FPU N’KOSSA FIELD, OFFSHORE CONGO Type: FPU (new-build). Production Capacity: Oil 120,000 bopd, gas 460 Mscfd. Mooring: Spread in 170 m water depth. Scope of Work: EPIC of complete FPU. Completed in 1996. First new plant built by Saipem (Bouygues Offshore at that time); EPC of the hull; fabrication of the power generation and gas compression modules; integration, hook-up, commissioning of the 6 topsides modules). An example of a floating unit based on a concrete hull.
