History
- 1958 - Startup of Perm refinery and first tons of oil products recovery
- 1991 - Converting Perm refinery into joint-stock company. Permnefteorgsintez became a part of LUKOIL Group
- 1993-1998 - Initial modernization stage supported by LUKOIL Company. Large-scale revamp of delayed coking unit and upgrading of 20 process units and offsite facilities; construction of fuel oil vacuum distillation unit; commissioning of modern lubricating oil plant with four packaging lines for small containers; commissioning of environmental facilities.
- 1998 - New Catalytic Cracking Unit commissioned
- 2004 - Commissioning of Crude Oil High Conversion Complex and completion of the second modernization stage
- 2007 - The new paraffin isomerization unit was brought on stream
- 2014 - Delayed coking expansion completed
- 2015 - Major upgrading project completed
