Description

  • The field lies in shallow water
  • Phase 1 of the development of the field utilised the Bohai Ming Zhu FPSO which had a processing capacity of 40,000 bpd
  • It is operated using the Hai Yang Shi You 117 FPSO which has production capacity of over 190,000 barrels of oil and storage capacity of 1.8 million barrels of oil as well as five additional fixed production platforms tied to a central fixed riser and utility platform.
  • The Wellhead Platforms are WHPF, WHPE, WHPD, WHPC, WHPB & WHPA
    • Penglai 4-19 Phase II Development Project added a new wellhead platform and put into operation 47 wells, including 30 production wells, 16 water injection wells, and 1 development and evaluation well. The new wellhead platform utilizes the processing capacity of the existing facilities in the Penglai 19-3 oilfield.
    • 5/10 development project: The project is located in the south-central part of the Bohai Sea, with an average water depth of about 30 meters, and the main production facilities include two wellhead platforms, and it is planned to put into operation 130 development wells, including 87 oil production wells and 43 water injection wells
