  1. Shenzi Oil and Gas Field
    • BHP Billiton
    • Located in 120 miles south of Louisiana coast in water depth of 4,400 ft, this field has 15 subsea trees jumpered into four production manifolds, with subsea tiebacks using two 10" flowlines.
    • The electrical/hydraulic control system is interfaced by three dynamic umbilicals.

  2. ‘‘‘Scarab Saffron Gas Field’‘‘
    • ‘‘‘BG Group’‘‘
    • Located 90 km offshore Egypt in water depth of 2,100 ft, this was the first subsea development in Egypt.
    • Eight wells are connected to a manifold with 24-in & 36-in pipelines to onshore terminal.
    • Electro-hydraulic umbilical connect the trees to the onshore control room.

      • Participation in team responsible for oversight of the engineering, procurement, construction and testing of the subsea facilities.

  3. ‘‘‘Aspen Oil and Gas Field’‘‘
    • ‘‘‘Nexen’‘‘
    • With water depths from 4,000 to 4,300 ft and well depths up to 31,000 ft TVD, this field has three 15,000 psi trees, two 7-in Pipe-in-Pipe flowlines, wet insulated steel catenary risers. pipeline & terminators, electro-hydraulic control system, super duplex umbilical, templates and manifolds.

  4. ‘‘‘Thunder Horse Oil Field’‘‘
    • ‘‘‘BP’‘‘
    • At a water depth from 5,800 to 6,200 ft, this is a major HTHP reservoir with a 130,000 ton platform tied into 29 wells, exporting via the Mardi Gras pipeline system.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. ‘‘‘Troika - Bullwinkle Oil And Gas Field’‘‘
    • ‘‘‘BP’‘‘
    • Located in GC-200 with a Water depth of 2,700 ft, this field has five wells connected to eight-slot manifold with two 14-mile, 10-in pipe-in-pipe flowlines connecting the subsea manifold to the Bullwinkle platform with electric & hydraulic control umbilicals.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities: Flow assurance, flowlines, manifold, catenary risers, trees & controls, commissioning, subsea operating procedures, operator training and production operations.
  2. ‘‘‘Gendalo-Gehem Gas Field’‘‘
    • ‘‘‘Conocophillips’‘‘
    • The Gendalo Field is located in the Makassar Strait between East Kalimantan and Sulawesi (Indonesia), about 100 km east of Balikpapan, with water depths from 3,500 to 5,900 ft.
    • Four subsea gas condensate fields are tied back to a Floating Production Unit (FPU) with gas export to shore via subsea pipelines and condensate offloading. This 15-well development has the infrastructure to handle up to 22 wells.

  3. ‘‘‘Jack and St Malo Oil Fields’‘‘
    • ‘‘‘Chevron’‘‘
    • The Jack - St. Malo project is a joint development of two fields, located 250 to 270 miiles southwest of New Orleans in water depths ranging from 6,900 to 7,000 ft.
    • These fields are considered to be one of the largest oil producing properties, with expected production of up to 200,000 BOPD and includes subsea pumps for boosting of production fluids.

  4. ‘‘‘K2 Oil Field’‘‘
    • ‘‘‘Anadarko’‘‘
    • Located in GC 562 with a water depth of 3,900 to 4,300 ft and a well depth of 27,900 ft.
    • Multiple trees with two 12-in pipe-in-pipe flowlines are connected to wet-insulated steel catenary risers at the Marco Polo platform, about 7 miles away.

  5. ‘‘‘Longhorn - Leo Gas Field’‘‘
    • ‘‘‘ENI’‘‘
    • This field has a water depth of 2,400 ft, located in Mississippi Canyon Blocks 502 & 546.
    • Gas production expected to be 200 MMSCFD. Longhorn currently has four wells connected to an 8 slot manifold, with a 19-mile tieback to the Corral platform.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities: Subsea control system, umbilicals, subsea operating procedures, and created the B-MAP interactive manual for subsea and topsides operating procedures.
  6. ‘‘‘Appaloosa Oil Field’‘‘
    • ‘‘‘ENI’‘‘
    • Located in MC-302, this oil well directly ties back to Corral using an extension of the Longhorn control and umbilical systems.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities: Subsea control system, umbilicals, subsea operating procedures, and created the B-MAP interactive manual.
  7. ‘‘‘Bosi’‘‘
    • Offshore Nigeria oil development with subsea wells tied back to either Erha FPSO or standalone FPSO.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities: Flow assurance (lead role) during concept selection phase of numerous field layouts & concepts.
  8. ‘‘‘Diana Hoover Oil And Gas Field - Diana’‘‘
    • This field has a water depth of 4,800 ft and in located 160 miles south of Galveston in the East Breaks and Alaminos Canyon OCS blocks. Subsea tiebacks were 85 miles for gas and 160 miles for oil to the Hoover DDCV.

  9. ‘‘‘Erha Oil Field’‘‘
    • Located offshore West Africa (Nigeria), this oil development used two drill centers with 12-slot manifolds and looped flowlines with the subsea wells tied back to FPSO.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities: Flow assurance lead role for concept, select & FEED phases, development of key operating strategies, and subsea tree expertise during the conceptual phase.

    • ‘‘‘Exxon’‘‘
    • Located offshore West Africa (Angola Block 15) with a water depth of 4,850 ft, this oil development project used an Early Production System with nine subsea wells tied back to a FPSO.

    • Located offshore Equitorial Guinea, this oil development used an Early Production System with subsea wells tied back to FPSO.

    • Noble Energy

  13. Occidental Petroleum Bakersfield
    • This project was a major expansion of a brown field natural gas gathering system comprising over 3.000 production wells and 32 compressors.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities:
#* Provided production support including analysis of flow assurance issues.
#* Advised on daily operations for expansion, gathering, and gas compression for high pressure, medium pressure, low pressure and vacuum gas gathering systems. 
  1. ‘‘‘Parque Das Conchas Oil Field’‘‘ - BC-10
    • This project is located offshore Brazil in water depths up to 6,562 feet. This is the first development of subsea oil and gas separation and pumping in Brazil.The FPSO can process up to 100,000 BOPD and 50 MMcf/d.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities: Oversight of template and conductor installation. Dockside testing and installation of Subsea Tubing Heads and Subsea Trees using the Heave Compensated Landing System. Installation of subsea separator with integral pumps. Development and implementation of exclusion zones to mitigate the risk of dropped objects.
  2. ‘‘‘Bijupira Salema Oil and Gas Field’‘‘ - Bijupira
    • Located offshore Brazil Campos Basin in water depths of 770 meters (2,526 ft), this 8 well subsea development used three manifolds with water injection pressure support.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities: Installation supervision of eight trees in five days.
  3. ‘‘‘Bonga Oil and Gas Field’‘‘
    • This was the first deepwater project for Shell in Nigeria in a water depth of 3,000 ft located 120 km off coast of the Niger Delta using a FPSO.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities: Production equipment design, flowlines, manifold, steel catenary risers, trees and controls, flow assurance peer review, operating guidelines and training, and cost control.
  4. ‘‘‘Ursa Oil and Gas Field - Crosby’‘‘
    • Located in MC 899 in water depth of 3,950 ft, this project uses a 6-slot manifold with a 10-mi dual flowline subsea tieback to the Shell Ursa TLP at MC 809.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities: Design & installation of tubing head spool trees & jumpers, and road transportation analysis.
  5. ‘‘‘Tahoe and SE Tahoe Oil and Gas Fields - Einset’‘‘
    • This is a single well development used a 5-mile tieback to Shell's SE Tahoe subsea manifold in Viosca Knoll 784 and a 12-mile tieback to Shell's Bud Lite platform located on Main Pass 252.
    • Subsea controls extend from Bud Lite through the Tahoe umbilical termination structure and a 7 mile umbilical to Einset.

  6. Europa Oil and Gas Field
    • Located in MC 935 at a water depth of 3,900 ft with a 4 well expandable to 8 well manifold using a 20-mile subsea tieback to Mars TLP.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities: Design & implementation of tubing head spool trees & jumpers.
  7. ‘‘‘Llano Oil And Gas Field’‘‘
    • Located in Garden Banks 385 & 386 at a water depth of 2,600 ft, this field uses an 11.5 mile subsea tieback to the Auger TLP with an 8" x 12" Pipe-in-Pipe flowline.

  8. ‘‘‘Bullwinkle Oil and Gas Field’‘‘
    • Manatee Field - Located in Green Canyon 155, 160 miles SW of New Orleans in water depth of 1,940 ft, this two well development uses a 5 mile subsea tieback to Shell's Angus manifold in GC 113 with control from Bullwinkle via the Angus umbilical and a 5 mile umbilical from Angus to the Manatee platform.

  9. ‘‘‘Na Kika Oil Field’‘‘
    • At a water depth of 6,350 ft, at one time this field had the largest Pipe-in-Pipe flowline in the GOM.
    • NaKika uses electrically heated flowlines and risers to handle production from deepwater subsea wells from three commingled reservoirs with well completion performed using Smart Well technology.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities:
#* Phase I - BP: Subsea engineering, operational readiness commissioning & start-up, part of Quality Assurance/Surveillance teams during assembly and test at FMC.
#* Phase II - BP: Flowline engineering.

  1. ‘‘‘Perdido Oil Field’‘‘
    • Located 200 miles south of Freeport, Texas in water depths from 7,800 to 9,600 ft, this record breaking project uses a spar platform with subsea separation and pumping of 25 subsea wells, producing 100,000 BOPD and 200 MMSCFD.
    • Manatee Roles and Responsibilities: Subsea operating procedures, ROV tooling monitoring and testing, installation and commissioning planning.
