+++ Description

  • Kizomba A platform is installed in 1250 meters of water and weighs more than 28.000 tons
    • The 285m-long, 63m-wide, 88.5m-high Kizomba-A FPSO is capable of producing and refining 250,000 bbls of crude oil per day in addition to storing a total of 2.2 million bbls. It can be said to be an offshore crude oil production plant accommodating 100-plus workers.
  • Kizomba-B FPSO facility is 285 metres long, 63 metres wide and 32 metres high. It is capable of storing 2.2 million barrels of crude oil in its lower hull facilities while processing 250,000 barrels of crude oil per day.
    • It is permanently moored in water depths of 1,005 - 1,280 metres (3,300 - 4,200 feet).
  • Kizomba Satellites Project
    • Phase 1 of the project involved 18 wells with subsea tiebacks from the **Mavacola** and **Clochas** fields
    • Kizomba Satellites Phase 2 is a Block 15 subsea infrastructure development of the Kakocha, Bavuca and Mondo South fields.
    • The Mondo South field is being developed with tiebacks to the Mondo FPSO, while the Kakocha and Bavuca fields are being developed with tiebacks to the Kizomba B FPSO
