+++ Brief Description

  • The Block 1/2/4 crude oil pipeline starts from the southern part of the Muglad Basin, runs through the Heglig tropical rainforest and marsh, the Saiyala Desert and the world’s longest river—the River Nile, the Red Sea mountains before reaching Port Sudan in the north.
  • It carries crude from the Heglig Oil Field and Unity Oil Field
