Brief Description

  • A large three train liquifaction plant, it is the largest all-electric drive motor plant in the world

  • Suppliers: Gas is supplied by the Gulf South Gas Pipeline System & Tejas Gas Pipeline
  • Customers:
    • Osaka Gas and Chubu Electric, the Japanese utilities have acquired rights to the 4.4 mtpa production capacity of the first train at Freeport over an initial 20-year term
    • BP will supply gas to PTT
