  • 1997 - Pipeline begins operations
  • 2002 - Encana disposes of the pipeline to a consortium, comprised of BC Gas Inc. (TSX: BCG), BorealisInfrastructure Management Inc. and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan
  • 2012 - Spectra Energy agrees to Acquire the Pipeline System
  • 2013 - Project launched to connect the pipeline to the Front Range Crude Oil pipeline, serving the Laurel Refinery
  • 2013 - Acquisition completed
  • 2016 - Capacity increased from 250,000 b/d to 280,000 b/d
  • 2017 - Enbridge became owner following merger with Spectra
