- The the development is a subsea development with three wells drilled and linked to the Forties Alpha production facilities at the nearby [[[Forties Oil Field]]], the largest oil field in the North Sea
- Oil is then exported onshore via the Forties Pipeline System to the Cruden Bay terminal
