+++ Description

  • The Cendor field is located in the northeast corner of Block PM304 in about 70 metres of water with principal producing horizons in the H Group of Middle Miocene sands. Base reserves are estimated to be 20 million barrels of oil with significant upside potential.
  • The development of the field, involved the first mobile offshore production unit (MOPU) in Malaysian waters connected to a spread moored floating storage and offloading unit (Cendor FSO) via a flexible submarine pipeline.
  • The second phase of development involved the Cendor II FPSO and was commissioned in 2014
  • It will utilise 2 wellhead platforms, CDW-B & CDW-C
  • After Cendor the West Desaru, Irama and East Cendor fields were developed in the same Block
