Brief Description

  • The refinery is a combination of two process complexes, Valero Wilmington and Ultramar Wilmington refineries. It is a medium sized complex refinery capable of processing heavy & sour crude and producing high specification products.

Crude Supply

  • Gasoline, jet fuel, ultra-low-sulfur diesel (ULSD), CARB diesel, propane, coke and asphalt
  • Refined products are distributed from the Wilmington refinery through a network of third-party pipelines and terminals in southern California, Nevada and Arizona
