    • **Fluor:** Project Management and Consultant role
    • **GS/Kogas/HYC/DEC:** Integrated engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning services of a re-gasification and send-out system, a marine jetty with complete ship unloading facilities and two large full containment LNG storage tanks.
    • **Freyssinet:** Pre-stressing for LNG tanks

Ongoing Projects/Project Status

  • Project was completed in 2011
  • PTT is planning to double the capacity of the terminal


Suppliers / Customers

  • Suppliers:
    • PTT has signed a deal to buy 1 million tonnes of LNG a year from Qatar from late 2011
    • PTT also buys LNG in spot markets
  • Customers: The area has petrochemical, refinery, steel and fertiliser industries

  • 2017 - Terminal expansion project completed

Other Information

  • This construction of LNG receiving terminal in Thailand is the first overseas LNG terminal project as Korean E&C companies.
