The Project
- Description: The project is the largest ethylene integration project in the world. It will be comprised of two ethylene cracking trains with an annual capacity of 1.4 million tons each.

- China National Chemical Engineering and Construction Corporation Seven: EPC contractor
- Licensors:
- Axens: Providing AlphaButol® technology for the production of high purity 1-butene by ethylene dimerization and AlphaHexol™ for the production of high purity 1-hexene through ethylene trimerization.
Production Units
- Ethane crackers - 1.4 million tpa * 2
- Polyethylene units - 500,000 tpa * 6
- 1-butene - ethylene dimerization unit - 60,000 tpa *2
- 1-hexene - ethylene trimerization unit - 50,000 tpa
Raw Materials Supply
- The plant is supplied with ethane from a Gazprom Ust Luga Gas Processing Plant
